Shipping Policy

We take pride in the products we sell and do our best to safely package them.

Tracking numbers are provided for every order.

Shipping Status Definitions:

In Stock : Product kept in stock. Usually ships within 1 Business Day or same day if ordered by 2 pm CST.

Out of Stock : Product not in stock. Unlikely to be able to source and obtain requested item in a timely manner. Request can still be made.

Available For Order : Product not in stock or partially stocked. More easily obtained. Add 3-5 days before product is shipped.

Contact for Availability : Product not in stock. Contact us to discuss details on obtaining requested product.

Shipping Carriers:
Our products are shipped through UPS SurePost and UPS

UPS does not ship to post office boxes, if used you will be contacted for a physical address.

When you place an order using free shipping we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination.

Faster paid shipping option charges are determined by the total weight of your order and shipping location.

We may upgrade your free shipping method due to product value or fragility.

Local customers may call or email to arrange a local pickup if you prefer.

Damaged or Missing: We rely on UPS proof of delivery to determine if the package arrived. Tracking numbers are provided with every order and sent to the email given to us. Tracking numbers provide estimated time of arrival for your package.

Please plan ahead to receive it.

Check all packages received immediately upon arrival for any damages.

If damaged upon arrival contact us immediately upon package arrival. 1-3 Days.

We are not responsible for any package left out in the weather.

We are not responsible for any package that is damaged after arrival.

We are not responsible for any package delivered and then stolen.

We are not responsible for any package delivered to an incorrect address provided to us.

Packages reported missing after 3 days of marked delivered are increasingly harder to locate.

If you will not be available to receive your package contact us to arrange a time the package can be received. Additional charges may apply if the package has already been shipped.

High Value orders:
Orders may require signature based off the value of the order.

This ensures the high value order is received by the correct recipient.

Chemical Warehouse sells many products in bulk quantities. We recommend you call to discuss large orders. Both product and shipping discounts may apply.

Hazardous Shipments:

The majority of our products are non hazardous and are shipped by ground or air

Hazardous Products are shipped through a common carrier freight line

CA Residents
At this time ChemicalWarehouse does not ship EPA registered chemicals/pesticides to California. If your shipping address is in CA we will cancel your order. Send us a message if you have any questions regarding CA shipping. We will work to change this policy in the near future.

International
At this time ChemicalWarehouse does not ship pesticides outside of the Continental United States. (No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, US Military Bases, or US Territories)
